  I will be doing an analysis on guardians of the galaxy vol 2

The scene starts off  with an establishing shot showing that the characters are in some sort of space planet.  The camera is then focused on the little creature. The focuse on the creature blurs out the backround which shows the screatures significance in the scene. Diegetic music then starts to be played. It is quite playful music. Editing is then used to freeze the scene. It freezes the scene then when mise on scene is used with the creatures pose. The pose is supposed to look funny as  the creature is doing a menacing look even though he is tiny. Editing is used to show the title of the film, guardians of the galaxy.

When the creature starts dancing and moving the camera, starts to zoom out very slowly to follow his movements. This is done to show that he is the focus of attention in the scene. The camera then zooms out stopping at a mid shot showing the man is not having a good time which reveals more about the characters by showing more. A man comes flying in.  The shot duration is very long in order to show that the focus is on the small creature. There are diegetic sounds of explosions in the backround in order to show the anarchy thats going on while the small creature is dancing. Mise en sine is used with the creatures movements. The are playful.  The camera then zooms in on him again. The camera starts panning to the left slightly in order to follow his movements and  and in order to show more of the battle that is occuring in the backround. Mise on scene is used the creatures movements to show that he is having a good time. It then zooms into a close up onto his face in order to show his facial expression, further showing that he is enjoying himself.

The camera is then used by focusing on him again while bluring the backround. Pans to the right to follow his movements. further along in the scene. The camera zooms out a lot showing another creature. The small creature starts chasing down this creature. It zooms in on them. The camera then closly follows them. It then continues into a birds eye view of them and shows the location. Below them is some sort of city, this helps establish the setting of the scene. The camera continues to follow the creature until he falls off. There are still diegetic sounds of explosions playing  The scene ends with the music stopping because a large man has fell on the radio.
